Organisation profile

The University of the Aegean is a Greek public university with strong academic activity across interdisciplinary fields, including education, innovation, sustainability and regional development. Within SMarTAI, it contributes academic leadership and coordination capacity for the implementation of the project.

Role in SMarTAI

The University of the Aegean acts as project coordinator, supporting the overall management, communication among partners, quality monitoring and alignment of activities with the project objectives and Erasmus+ requirements.
